Our History
Back in 1987, Harry Coates and his son Nigel set to work in their garden shed building a small vacuum forming machine - a project that was initially meant to keep Harry occupied following his retirement from Leeds-based games company, John Waddington's.

Our loyal and dedicated team is passionate about getting it right. From sales and admin through to design, toolmaking and manufacture, we are committed to excellent customer service and strive for excellence in every aspect of everything we do.
And if that wasn't enough, we are ever conscious of our environmental responsibilities. We offer products in a wide variety of locally sourced material, including post-consumer waste, Rpet and biodegradable BreakdownPET, and operate within the approved framework of BRC/IOP.
